Basketball Recap: Lathrop Takes a Loss

Lathrop was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a hard 57-38 fall against the Mid-Buchanan Dragons. The Mules were not able to make up for their loss to the Dragons from their previous meeting back in February.

Lathrop's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Mid-Buchanan, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Lathrop will venture away from home to square off against Orrick at 7:30 p.m. on December 17th. Mid-Buchanan will take on Lafayette in a holiday battle at 7:30 p.m. on December 17th at. Mid-Buchanan knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Lafayette likes a good challenge.
