Volleyball Recap: McCreary Central Takes a Loss

McCreary Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Casey County Rebels. The Raiders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rebels apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

McCreary Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McCreary Central will host South Laurel at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Casey County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Knott County Central at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
