Volleyball Recap: Nazarene Christian Academy Comes Up Short at Home Against Victory Christian Academy

Nazarene Christian Academy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 2-0 to the Victory Christian Academy Patriots on Thursday. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Patriots apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-16.

Leading Victory Christian Academy to victory were Natalee Caraway and Regan Kayser. Caraway had seven digs and three aces, while Kayser had six digs and three aces. Caraway is crushing it when it comes to aces: she's served at least three every time she's taken the court this season.

Victory Christian Academy pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Victory Christian Academy has already played their next match (against Non Varsity Tournament Opponent), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
