South Aiken waltzed into their game on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Barnwell Warhorses by a score of 6-2.

South Aiken's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-13. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Barnwell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-7 record this season.

South Aiken will take on Brookland-Cayce at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Thoroughbreds are facing the Bearcats at the right time seeing as the Bearcats are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. Barnwell will be paying especially close attention to South Aiken's contest: after South Aiken faces off against Brookland-Cayce, they'll take on Barnwell again at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
