Softball Preview: Kempsville Chiefs vs. Ocean Lakes Dolphins
The Kempsville Chiefs will head out to challenge the Ocean Lakes Dolphins at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Kempsville is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.
While Kempsville's victory against Landstown wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Chiefs narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Eagles 5-3.
Meanwhile, Ocean Lakes earned a 7-4 victory over Cox on Tuesday. The Dolphins haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.
