Basketball Game Preview: McDonogh 35 Roneagles vs. Frederick A. Douglass Bobcats

The McDonogh 35 Roneagles are taking a road trip to challenge the Frederick A. Douglass Bobcats at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Frederick A. Douglass duked it out with Edna Karr on Friday. Frederick A. Douglass took a 60-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of Edna Karr. That makes it the first time this season the Bobcats have let down their home crowd.

McDonogh 35's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Frederick A. Douglass, they suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 15-6.

McDonogh 35 suffered a grim 46-22 defeat to Frederick A. Douglass in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Can McDonogh 35 avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
