After soaring to 61 points the game before, Monte Vista was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They were outmatched by the Dougherty Valley Wildcats and fell 58-28. The match marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Monte Vista has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 14-9 record this season. As for Dougherty Valley, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 17-6.
