Football Recap: Westlake Academy Blacksmiths vs. Fort Worth THESA Riders
Westlake Academy won the last time they faced Fort Worth THESA and things went their way on Friday too. The Blacksmiths snuck past the Riders with a 39-35 victory. Westlake Academy's win was all the more impressive since the Riders were averaging only 11.25 points allowed on the season.
Nicolas Sansone threw for 130 yards and four TDs. Hudson Loader was his top target, picking up 65 receiving yards and a pair of scores. On the ground, Preston Colby rushed for 125 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries.
