Basketball Recap: Crockett Takes a Loss

Crockett was the 76-58 winner over Onalaska when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Crockett Bulldogs took a hard 77-58 fall against the Onalaska Wildcats on Friday.

Onalaska's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Devon Vienneau, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 11 boards. That's the most rebounds Vienneau has posted since back in December of 2024. Brayden Topkins was another key player, going 7-for-11 en route to 17 points.

Crockett's defeat dropped their record down to 27-8. As for Onalaska, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 20 of their last 22 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 29-6 record this season.

We've got a battle between Bulldogs coming up. Hitchcock will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something Crockett surely won't give up without a fight. Onalaska does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
