Volleyball Recap: Oak Hill Red Devils vs. Poca Dots

Oak Hill lost against Poca back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Red Devils fell just short of the Dots by a score of 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Oak Hill sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 22-25, 15-10.

Their offense was headlined by Jenna Maynor and Amy Hollandsworth, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Danielle Parsons and her 22 assists. Maynor was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.
