Basketball Recap: Fargo North Comes Up Short

Fargo North lost against Fargo Davies back in March of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Fargo North Spartans were dealt an 82-48 loss at the hands of the Fargo Davies Eagles. The game marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Fargo North and nudges their season record down to 3-7. As for Fargo Davies, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fargo North will head out to square off against West Fargo at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in West Fargo's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests. As for Fargo Davies, they are taking a road trip to challenge Sheyenne at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Fargo Davies knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine matches -- so hopefully Sheyenne likes a good challenge.
