Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Alisal). They claimed a resounding 85-45 victory over the Salinas Cowboys. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Alisal to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kike Jacinto, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 12 assists. Another player making a difference was Misael Palafox, who posted 20 points and six boards.

Alisal smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 36 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 21 offensive rebounds in 14 consecutive games.

Alisal's win bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Salinas, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.

Alisal wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 63-55 defeat against Carmel on the 6th. As for Salinas, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 65-35 loss against Palma on the 6th.
