Soccer Game Preview: Southridge vs. Hanford

The Southridge Suns will challenge the Hanford Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Southridge fell victim to Chiawana and their airtight defense on Saturday. They lost 4-0 to the Riverhawks. Southridge haven't had much luck with Chiawana recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Meanwhile, Hanford came up short against Pasco on Friday, falling 4-1. Hanford have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Southridge's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Hanford, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Southridge beat Hanford by a goal when the teams last played back in April of 2024, winning 1-0. Will the Suns repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
