Dover entered their tilt with Tuscarora on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Huskies by a score of 68-60. Given the Senators' advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked first in Delaware, while the Huskies are ranked 45th in Virginia) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Dover's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Tuscarora, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dover will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Polytech at 6:30 p.m. on January 8, 2026. As for Tuscarora, they will challenge Martinsburg at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
