Basketball Recap: Brick Township Takes a Loss

Brick Township was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 71-59 to the Lacey Township Lions. The Green Dragons were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Lions earlier this season, when they won 52-39.

Brick Township's record is now 6-10. As for Lacey Township, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-11.

Brick Township will challenge Barnegat at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Barnegat has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 181 points over their last three games. As for Lacey Township, they are taking a road trip to challenge Toms River South at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
