Soccer Recap: St. Paul Takes a Loss

St. Paul was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Salesian Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Salesian this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 last Monday.

St. Paul's loss dropped their record down to 5-8-2. As for Salesian, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. St. Paul is set to take on their familiar foe Cathedral at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Salesian will face off against rival Bishop Amat at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
