Northview is a perfect 4-0 against Brown County since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Knights will look to defend their home field against the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Northview's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while Brown County has been banged up by nine consecutive losses on the road.

On Tuesday, Northview earned a 5-1 win over South Putnam.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Brown County's offense. They lost 9-0 to West Vigo on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly nine runs.

Barrett Lasley was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one triple and one stolen base. That triple was his first of the season.

Northview's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Brown County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-13.

Northview got the 'W' when the teams last played back in May of 2024 against Brown County by a conclusive 8-2 score. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
