MacArthur barely beat Spring the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Generals blew past the Lions 3-0 on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Generals.

MacArthur walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-17, 25-11, 25-19.

Destiny McFarland paced MacArthur's offense, picking up 13 kills. McFarland got some help from Maricela Hernandez and her 16 assists. McFarland also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Abigail Flores, each putting up two.

MacArthur's victory bumped their record up to 11-21. As for Spring, they are on a 29-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-28.

MacArthur didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Westfield on the 23rd. As for Spring, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Dekaney on the 23rd.
