Burns waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They walked away with a 66-58 victory over the Crane Mustangs. This was payback for the Hilanders, who suffered a 43-18 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Burns pushed their record up to 16-5 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.5 points over those games. As for Crane, their loss ended an eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 22-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Burns will challenge Nyssa at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Burns knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Nyssa likes a good challenge. As for Crane, they will welcome Harper at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
