Basketball Recap: Westview Comes Up Short

Westview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 36-32 to the Angola Hornets, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 36-32 on Tuesday.

Westview now has a losing record at 10-11. As for Angola, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.

Westview wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 46-40 win against Fairfield on the 24th. As for Angola, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-34 victory against Churubusco on the 24th.
