Volleyball Recap: Dakota Ridge Falls Short of Legend in the Playoffs

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Dakota Ridge couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Legend Titans by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Legend's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Breslyn Rarog, who had 31 digs and three assists. Those 31 digs gave Rarog a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Isabella Johnson, who had eight digs and one assist.

Dakota Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 18-8. As for Legend, their victory bumped their record up to 21-5.

Dakota Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Legend, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Pine Creek on the 14th.
