Grandview Heights entered their tilt with Fairbanks on Thursday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 9-6. Nine seems to be a good number for the Bobcats as the team scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Grant Gambone made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Gambone was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one run and one double.
