Nikolas Weibert Dazzles in Bridgeport Win

Nikolas Weibert's big game helped extend Bridgeport's winning streak to six on Friday. Nobody could stop Weibert as he rushed for 81 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries, and also threw for 131 yards and three touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes.

Unfortunately for Sutherland, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Weibert. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Weibert saw the Sailors), he threw for 136 yards and three touchdowns, and also punched in two touchdowns on the ground.
