Volleyball Game Preview: Community Christian Chargers vs. North Florida Christian Eagles + How To Watch

The Community Christian Chargers are taking a road trip to take on the North Florida Christian Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Community Christian will be strutting in after a victory while North Florida Christian will be coming in after a loss.

Community Christian took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They blew past Marianna 3-0. The win was some much needed relief for the Chargers as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

While Community Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-19, 27-25.

Meanwhile, North Florida Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Community Leadership Academy.

North Florida Christian started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-10, 26-24, 25-17.

North Florida Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Community Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 18-4.

Everything went Community Christian's way against North Florida Christian in their previous matchup back in September, as Community Christian made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Chargers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
