Volleyball Recap: Highland Prep Takes a Loss

Highland Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Parker Broncs.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-9, 25-14.

Parker can attribute much of their success to JESUS GARCIA, who had six aces. Those six aces gave GARCIA a new career-high. TONY TWYMAN also deserves some recognition as he had his first kill of the season.

Highland Prep's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Parker, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-10.

Highland Prep has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Madison Highland Prep on the 25th. As for Parker, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against ALA - West Foothills on the 25th.
