Basketball Recap: Spirit Lake Snaps Nine-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Spirit Lake entered their contest against Rock Valley on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Spirit Lake Indians lost 75-49 to the Rock Valley Rockets. The Indians were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rockets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.

Spirit Lake's defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-2. As for Rock Valley, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-1.
