Basketball Recap: Pine Eagle Comes Up Short

Pine Eagle lost to Powder Valley back in February of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Spartans were beaten by the Badgers 64-34.

Pine Eagle's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Powder Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Powder Valley beat Pine Eagle by a score of 57-31 on Friday.
