Volleyball Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

Mountain View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Maricopa Rams.

Bryant Sorensen paced Mountain View's offense, picking up 11 kills. Sorensen got some help from Chase Reidhead and his 16 assists.

Mountain View's defeat dropped their record down to 12-14. As for Maricopa, they moved to 7-10 with that win, which also ended their six-game losing streak.

Mountain View has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Buena on the 12th. As for Maricopa, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Ironwood Ridge on the 12th.
