Basketball Recap: Reedsport's Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

Reedsport's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Myrtle Point Bobcats by a score of 48-40. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 34-31 back in January.

With the victory, Reedsport broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-9. As for Myrtle Point, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-19.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Reedsport will head out to take on Gold Beach at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Myrtle Point, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Myrtle Point Bobcats face off against the Bandon Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
