Volleyball Recap: Mohawk Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Mohawk suffered their biggest loss since September 18th on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to the Triangle Lake Lakers. The defeat continues a trend for the Mustangs in their meetings with the Lakers: they've now lost five in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-11, 25-8.

Avery Bigbee paced Mohawk's offense, picking up three kills. Bigbee got some help from Addison Barrowcliff and her six assists.

Mohawk's loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Triangle Lake, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mohawk will face off against Mannahouse Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Triangle Lake, they will host Powers at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
