Basketball Game Preview: Immanuel Eagles vs. Monache Marauders

The Immanuel Eagles will challenge the Monache Marauders at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Immanuel knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Monache likes a good challenge.

Immanuel is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They blew past Pioneer Valley 74-49.

Meanwhile, Monache waltzed into their matchup on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 56-52 W against the Conquistadores. Given the Marauders' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 453rd, while the Conquistadores are ranked 969th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Immanuel's victory bumped their record up to 12-17. As for Monache, their win bumped their record up to 20-8.
