Basketball Recap: Colebrook Academy Comes Up Short

Colebrook Academy lost against Pittsburg back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Colebrook Academy Mohawks fell 58-47 to the Pittsburg Panthers.

Colebrook Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Pittsburg, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Colebrook Academy will head out to face off against Moultonborough Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Moultonborough Academy has insisted on making their last three contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 1-2 during that stretch of close contests. As for Pittsburg, they are taking a road trip to challenge Woodsville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Woodsville will roll in looking for their 20th straight win, something Pittsburg surely won't give up without a fight.
