Thorsby barely beat Childersburg the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Thorsby was the clear victor by a 14-4 margin over Childersburg on Friday. Considering the Rebels have won 11 matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Thorsby got a massive performance out of Kaden Collins, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Greyson McManus, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.

The win was the third in a row for Thorsby, bringing their record up to 17-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.0 runs over those games. As for Childersburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.

Thorsby has already played their next game (against Ashville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Childersburg also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Vincent.
