Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tooele). They blew past the Hillcrest Huskies 10-2 on Friday. The Buffaloes haven't had any issues with the Huskies recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Kenni Molgard spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on six hits and racked up seven Ks. What's more, she gave up only one walk, the fewest she's had since back in March of 2024.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Olivia Nelson, who went 4-for-5 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2024. Hunter Culley was another key player, going 3-for-5 with one home run.
