Volleyball Recap: LaGrange Comes Up Short

LaGrange came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the St. Louis Catholic Saints, falling 3-0. If the Gators were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Saints when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

LaGrange's loss dropped their record down to 8-3. As for St. Louis Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5.

LaGrange and St. Louis Catholic will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Gators will take on rival Sam Houston at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, St. Louis Catholic is set to square off against their familiar foe Lake Charles College Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
