Volleyball Recap: Columbus East Olympians vs. Bedford North Lawrence Stars
Columbus East had taken Bedford North Lawrence down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Olympians fell 3-1 to the Stars. The Olympians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
While Columbus East ultimately came up short, they really made Bedford North Lawrence work, particularly in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-21, 16-25, 26-24.
Lilah Klei paced Columbus East's offense, picking up 14 kills. Klei got some help from Payten Osborn and her 22 assists. Osborn was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.
