Basketball Recap: Elgin Victorious

On Saturday, the Elgin Huskies didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against the New Hope Christian Warriors, but they still walked away with a 51-47 win.

Elgin now has a winning record of 2-1. As for New Hope Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Elgin is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they will face off against Imbler at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for New Hope Christian, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Reedsport at 6:00 p.m. on December 30th.
