Softball Game Preview: East Nashville Magnet Eagles vs. Tennessee Heat

The East Nashville Magnet Eagles will challenge Tennessee Heat at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. East Nashville Magnet has given up an average of 11 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

East Nashville Magnet lost 17-10 to Whites Creek on Monday.

Kolbi Smith made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Zy'shu Hills, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run and two runs.

Meanwhile, Tennessee Heat came up short against Sycamore on Monday and fell 8-5.

Tennessee Heat has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for East Nashville Magnet, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-2.
