Baseball Recap: Corning Takes a Loss

Corning was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Live Oak Lions, falling 7-1.

Corning saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bryce Daily, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one RBI.

Corning's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Live Oak, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.

While Corning had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
