With a playoff win on the line, The Meadows School rose to the challenge on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Moapa Valley Pirates with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won six in a row.

Moapa Valley's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Chloe Dalley, who had 16 digs and two aces. Dalley is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last seven games she's played. Phoebe Leavitt was another key player, getting 16 assists and five digs.

The Meadows School's win bumped their record up to 23-9. As for Moapa Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-22.

As of now, neither The Meadows School nor the Pirates have any future games scheduled.
