Rock County Christian has gone a perfect 9-0 against Academy of Excellence recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Eagles will welcome the Warriors at 6:30 p.m. Academy of Excellence took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Rock County Christian, who comes in off a win.

Rock County Christian is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 70-41 win over Oakhill Christian. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Royals recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Rock County Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Derek Quinn, who almost dropped a double-double with 25 points and nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was Gideon Ukwuoji, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 11 boards.

Meanwhile, Academy of Excellence was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by Early View Academy of Excellence and fell 71-29. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.

Despite the defeat, Academy of Excellence saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Dajon Edwards posted seven points.
