Baseball Recap: River Valley Comes Up Short

River Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Dodgeville Dodgers, falling 12-3. If the Blackhawks were looking for revenge after losing 10-9 to the Dodgers when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

River Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Dodgeville, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. River Valley will take on Wisconsin Heights at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dodgeville, they will challenge Riverdale at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
