Baseball Recap: Bishop Dunne Takes a Loss

Bishop Dunne was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the Brook Hill Guard. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Guard this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 last Tuesday.

Bishop Dunne saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sebastian Arellano, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

Bishop Dunne's defeat dropped their record down to 6-17-1. As for Brook Hill, their win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-4.

Looking ahead, Bishop Dunne is taking a road trip to challenge Regents at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Brook Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
