Baseball Recap: Harrisburg Gets the Win

Harrisburg owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-0 win over the Linn Wildcats. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Harrisburg has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.5 runs over those games. As for Linn, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Harrisburg will host Quincy Notre Dame at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Linn, they will take on Belle at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
