Augusta can bid farewell to their 11-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Rose Hill Rockets. That's more bragging rights for the Orioles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Brody Haskell made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out ten batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. Haskell was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high.

Haskell wasn't the only one making solid contact as six players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Paxton Bonham, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.

Augusta's win bumped their record up to 2-11. As for Rose Hill, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Augusta beat Rose Hill by a score of 5-4 later that day.
