Susquehanna Township's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Middletown 21-0. The HANNA might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by 21 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Torin Evans, who rushed for 135 yards and one score while picking up 8.4 yards per carry, and also threw for 220 yards and one TD. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 109 rushing yards.
Susquehanna Township didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Middletown to a completion percentage of just 20%. The HANNA weren't nearly as limited: they posted one of 58.3%.
Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, East Pennsboro's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They and West Perry were almost perfectly matched up, but the Panthers suffered a 28-27 defeat. While the Panthers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Mustangs 13-0 in the first quarter.
Susquehanna Township will need to focus on slowing down Elijah Shank, one of several East Pennsboro players who made an impact when they last played. He rushed for 84 yards and one touchdown, and also caught one TD. Ryan Potts was another key player, rushing for 81 yards and one score.
Susquehanna Township's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for East Pennsboro, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 4-2.
Friday's contest might be decided on the ground. Susquehanna Township has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 212.7 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like East Pennsboro struggles in that department as they've been averaging 209.7 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's matchup turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Susquehanna Township was able to grind out a solid win over East Pennsboro when the teams last played back in October of 2024, winning 35-28. Do the HANNA have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
