Volleyball Recap: Tri-Valley Extends Winning Streak to Three

Tri-Valley waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Fieldcrest Knights. The Vikings have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Knights, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Tri-Valley took both sets by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-14.

Annabelle Bischoff paced Tri-Valley's offense, picking up eight kills. Bischoff got some help from Lauren Louck and her 17 assists. Louck was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Tri-Valley's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Fieldcrest, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tri-Valley will venture away from home to square off against Paxton-Buckley-Loda at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fieldcrest, they will square off against LeRoy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
