It's playoff time, and Winslow had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Globe Tigers 16-1 on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won 14 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Angela Salazar was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Rylie Sharp, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Winslow kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in March.

Winslow's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-13. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Globe, their loss dropped their record down to 11-14.

As of now, neither Winslow nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
