Westover is a perfect 10-0 against Monroe since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Patriots will welcome the Golden Tornadoes at 5:30 p.m. Westover's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Westover came up short against Deerfield-Windsor on Tuesday, falling 10-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Westover were already down 5-1.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Monroe's offense. They lost 7-0 to Lanier County on Tuesday.

Monroe has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-9 record this season. As for Westover, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7-1.

Everything went Westover's way against Monroe in their previous matchup back in March, as Westover made off with a 7-1 win. Will the Patriots repeat their success, or do the Golden Tornadoes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
