Softball Recap: Holy Savior Menard Takes a Loss

Holy Savior Menard lost against St. Frederick on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Holy Savior Menard fell 12-7 to St. Frederick. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Holy Savior Menard's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for St. Frederick, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 13-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Holy Savior Menard will host Bunkie at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Frederick, they will challenge Caldwell Parish at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Caldwell Parish has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.78 runs per game on average), something St. Frederick will no doubt try to take advantage of.
